Canvas Aesthetics was established in 2022 following Alicia’s tenure at a prominent Med Spa. With a robust educational foundation in advanced practice nursing and a stellar reputation as an injector, Alicia, alongside her loyal clientele, propels the success of the business each day.
Wondering about the origin of the name “CANVAS”?
Alicia explains, “I view each face as my canvas, meticulously analyzing its natural anatomy to envision how I can enhance its contours. I am always working to achieve the most desirable outcome. It’s truly a privilege to have my clients trust in me to work my magic, in the most natural way possible. Never overdone! My work is an art that I take pride in each and every day. I absolutely love helping people achieve their personal anti-aging goals.”

Founder/Master Injector/Educator
With over 13 years of nursing experience, specializing in Women’s Health/Midwifery, Alicia’s professional journey began at Henry Ford Hospital in downtown Detroit, MI, where she dedicated over a decade to acute care nursing, catering to the needs of inner-city patients.
Alicia holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from The University of Michigan and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University. Her passion for aesthetics led her to become a certified aesthetic nurse injector through AAFE, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, nearly 5 years ago.
Gifted with a natural eye for beauty and facial contouring, Alicia’s expertise extends to advanced injectable techniques and professional makeup application. She prioritizes ongoing education in aesthetics, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in techniques and products. Alicia also boasts years of experience in skincare sales, offering expert advice on skincare routines tailored to individual needs. Known for her precision and commitment to safety, Alicia’s preferred technique involves the advanced use of a cannula for injecting dermal fillers and collagen stimulators, providing a flawless finish to full-face rejuvenation.
As the lead injector, Alicia is dedicated to providing honest guidance tailored to each client’s beauty goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety are paramount. Her personable demeanor, professionalism, and dedication shine through in her daily efforts to elevate the standards of the aesthetic practice she passionately serves.
